Looking for the bottom line with integrity? Well, Roger is your REALTOR. A highly motivated sales professional, since 1989 Roger has had experience working in the Pulp and Paper industry in technical sales, process, machine engineering and marketing.

A team player who is willing to go the extra mile for his clients and customers, Roger has been in Real Estate with his wife Maggie since 2001. While specializing in residential and lakefront properties, Roger’s primary interest in real estate revolves around historical properties and new construction. His personal interests include spending time with his family, golfing, ice hockey and skiing.

Born in Vermont, Roger attended Exeter and Pittsfield High Schools prior to spending five years in the United States Coast Guard. He resides in Gilmanton Iron Works, New Hampshire with his wife Maggie Locke Emerson. They have two children.  Daughter Juliana Locke Emerson and son, Ethan Locke Emerson.

Juliana, daughter of Maggie & Roger Emerson, recently joined Locke Associates as a Administrative Assistant, in the Summer or 2018. She graduated from Brewster Academy in 2012. A recent graduate from LRCC, she hold's an Associates Degree in Liberal Arts and is currently on track to graduate with her Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Southern New Hampshire University in the Spring of 2019. Juliana's interests include cars (which she got from her grandfather James N Locke), photography, skiing/snowboarding, and spending time with her family including the pets.
