LOCKE EMERSON, GRI, CBR
Principal Broker
E-mail: maggie@lockere.com
First licensed in 1984 while attending Plymouth State College,
“Maggie” has been a full time REALTOR since 1986.
Her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a
focus in Psychology has only enhanced her career in Real Estate.
An avid goal setter herself, Maggie loves to take on the challenges
Real Estate often affords while helping people clarify and
reach their goals. Her passion stems from meeting people’s
needs and assisting them in making significant changes in
their lives.
“Running my Real Estate office as a practice; as for
example, a doctor, lawyer or dentist, affords me the opportunity
to build long-term, meaningful relationships with my clients.
Doesn’t it make sense to seek a trusted individual to
represent us when we spend hundreds of thousands of dollars?
In today’s world, people are more in need of a trusted
confidant than ever. When the match is right, both for the
client and myself, it’s a good thing. Real Estate can
be stressful. If I am able to be a touchstone for my clients
and bring them through the landmines of a transaction…it’s
a good day!”
Years of experience, education and a burning desire to make
a difference only complement the many accomplishments Maggie
has had practicing Real Estate since 1992. But,
you know what…it’s not about her………it’s
about you!
Born in New Hampshire and a lifelong resident of our beautiful
state, Maggie resides in Gilmanton Iron Works, New Hampshire
with her husband, Roger B. Emerson (who is featured below)
and their two children. |
