If you haven’t realized this by now, it truly is a Sellers’ Market. Now more than ever is a great time to sell property! Over the past year, home owners have gained an unprecedented opportunity to win big by selling in today’s housing market.

As of today, 2,594 Residential listings have closed year to date, with another 2,770 Under Agreement.
