Are you interested in selling, but unsure if you should remodel your home to make it more appealing to buyers?

Here are a few tips if you are interested in selling this season. According to theNational Association of Realtors (NAR),there is only about a 1.9 month’s supply of available listings on the market. Just to put that into perspective, a “normal” housing market typically has a 6-month supply of homes for sale. This market is resulting in high buyer competition and home are only on the market for an average of 21 days, during that time the seller many receive multiple offers from hopeful buyers.

It’s a Sellers’ Market

If you haven’t realized this by now, it truly is a Sellers’ Market. Now more than ever is a great time to sell property! Over the past year, home owners have gained an unprecedented opportunity to win big by selling in today’s housing market.

Here is a brief update on the current market. The State of New Hampshire has 1,206 Residential Listings (for the whole state). As of today, 2,594 Residential listings have closed year to date, with another 2,770 Under Agreement.
